(1) All funds received for the fund shall be opened and deposited in an account in the name of the fund in Nepal Rastra Bank or a bank dealing with government. (2) The account according to sub-rule (1) shall be operated with the joint signature of the Secretary General or the officer designated by him and the Head of Accounts or the Accounts Officer.
